"Extremely unorganized and they make it hard to resolve issues that they've created and wether or not they've made the obvious mistake it's you who suffers the consequences of they're mistakes. It's always something with this agency. I would strongly suggest that you try going to a different agency or another insurance company before going through them. Save yourself the stress."
